THE PROGRAM
A coaching model built for lasting change
Every coaching engagement is built around you: your goals, your challenges, and the specific moments where you want to lead differently.
We start with a Coaching Conversation, a focused 60-minute call to explore what you're working toward. From there, we build your Action Plan together, a clear, personalized map of your goals and what success actually looks like for you.
Throughout every engagement, we use the PACT Framework™ as our guide: Presence, Agency, Communication, and Trust. These four habits give you a practical, repeatable way to apply emotional intelligence in real time, so the work doesn't stay in the coaching session. It shows up in your leadership every day.
Through regular 1:1 sessions two to four times a month, your coach works alongside you using your action plan as a guide while staying fully responsive to what's happening in your work right now. And when something urgent comes up between sessions, your coach is available, because the moments that matter most rarely wait for a scheduled call.
